It is not just this where pseudoscience reigns. Many of the same people so enthusiastic about supporting genital mutilation of children, are also equally supportive of covid policy and the jabs, no matter how it is becoming ever more clear the damage caused by it. The same with climate change and renewable delusions, The same with race.

Although I think that part of the problem is that while, as you suggest or argue, "gender identity" is little more than nonsense on steroids - the "merging of science, magic, and religion", there is some merit to the concept of gender itself, particularly as a rough synonym for personalities and personality types - of which there are billions and billions. Unfortunately, it seems that whatever value there is in it has been "weaponized" to the point of "justifying" the butchering of defenseless children so their bodies can comport with their "unorthodox" or atypical personalities. Which leads to too many anathematizing the concept, to rejecting the more sensible and justified idea of typical and atypical personalities - AKA, gender.
In any case, I see you've had a couple of articles on the topic published at The Post Millennial, and that you've linked at least one of them here. 👍🙂 Somewhat en passant, you might consider republishing them on your own Substack as I find Post Millennial to be almost unreadable for the number of ads there.

I do worry about sex stereotypes coming back, and the damage that can cause. I have many tomboy friends, they are delightful as they are! They are fortunate to have grown up in a time where that was normal (if not majority) behavior.

Firstly, all concepts are posed with an inquisitive and wavering attitude that yearns for validation. From the origin story of the author that is written without any awareness of intersectionality to the final paragraphs that start with the word “should,” this is all speculation, posed as a “forewarning” to those who may be more than impressionable.
Secondly, advocating/supporting/rooting for mental health awareness is the solution, yet, the author does nothing to suggest critical thinking about their societal predicament.
That leads to this predicament: the author does not speculate nor even invite opposing views, not even to dismantle them for dissent or discourse. Very keenly, the author has provided sources only to uphold their weak and fear-driven hypothesis without the awareness that any one could search actual statistics that a) mute this authors points and b) counter their points with actual first-hand documented research.
Not to mention: ‘tis wildly transphobic, don’t you think? Especially that bit at the end about prisoners; truly, transgender prison populations experience a large amount of violence by the larger prison population, not the other way around.
It is time to for people damaged by the greedy ideologues in the medical establishment to sue for malpractice. And also sue to remove the medical licenses of the vampire doctors and hospital administrators who approved and participated in the chemical and surgical mutilation of children.
